The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT) is a very pleasant and relaxing therapy that has been practiced by Mayan healers for thousands of years. Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN, developed a system of these techniques after many years of apprenticeship with Don Elijio Panti, the last of the traditional Maya shaman in Central America and Miss Hortence Robinson, a Belizean midwife. Dr. Rosita has been teaching this system for many years, resulting in many practitioners worldwide.

Craniosacral therapy creates more space in your body and helps to reduce pain and stress. It can also help with emotional pain that is being held in the body, when more space is created it gives room for emotions to be acknowledged and integrated. Many people are amazed at how relaxed they feel and how light touch therapy actually works to help them be more engaged with life.
