Health coaching is constantly integrated into Stephanie’s treatments. Looking at the whole picture of someone’s life — as opposed to just applying acupuncture and prescribing herbal formulas — is crucial to successful outcomes when trying to achieve health goals.
Dr. Eastin integrates health and wellness wisdom from classical Chinese medicine, naturopathic wisdom, and modern evidence-based knowledge to determine the most effective diet and lifestyle modifications, supplement recommendations, and general health guidance. She is skilled at incorporating each individual’s preferences and circumstances when formulating treatment plans, helping to determine a comfortable yet effective plan that is appropriate for each individual, while helping to problem-solve around challenges.

If you are trying to conceive or planning to conceive in the future, a resource like Dr. Eastin is invaluable for support with the vast world of fertility wellness information.
This service is naturally a part of all regular, in-person treatments (i.e. acupuncture treatments). Virtual appointments include Health Coaching as well as Chinese herbal formula prescription. In person appointments for Fertility or Health Coaching and Chinese herbal consultation, without body treatment/acupuncture are also available.
