Treatment is highly individualized and is based on both your Chinese and Western diagnoses. Treatment consists of a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition and supplement recommendations, Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, qigong instruction and lifestyle recommendations. Any Western treatment that you are receiving is supported by and integrated into your Chinese medicine treatment.
Dr. Eastin’s integrative Chinese medicine treatment is rooted in Classical Chinese medicine, which understands the human body by understanding the patterns of change and transformation in all of nature. Classical Chinese medicine treats any disease, including infertility, by first determining the underlying pattern that presently exists in each individual. There is a most effective way to treat any given pattern, made more effective when modified for the current phase of the menstrual cycle, the disease diagnosis, and any presenting symptoms.
